Refund policy

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of our over-the-counter products, and we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges, except as described under Damaged or Incorrect Items and Subscribe & Save Orders below. We take product quality concerns seriously and are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Issues

If you experience any issues with your product, we encourage you to:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team immediately
  2. Provide your order and lot number
  3. Describe the nature of the issue
  4. Include photos if applicable

Our team will review your concern and work with you to address the situation appropriately.

If you experience a serious reaction, stop use, seek medical attention, and let us know.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, or an item different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. These situations will be reviewed individually, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

Subscribe & Save Orders

You can change, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel before your scheduled renewal date. Renewal orders that have already been processed are subject to this policy. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, contact us and we will refund the charge.
