Consumer health data we collect
We do not ask for health information to buy our products, and we do not use your purchases or browsing to infer your health status. We collect consumer health data only when you choose to give it to us, such as:

- Side-effect and product-experience reports, including symptoms, reactions, other products or medications you use, and related details you provide.
- Health information you include in a product review.
How we use consumer health data
We use consumer health data only to:
- respond to your questions and requests;
- record, investigate, and report possible side effects, and monitor the safety and quality of our products, including reporting to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where required by law;
- display product reviews you choose to submit; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
We do not use consumer health data for advertising or marketing.
Sources of consumer health data
We collect consumer health data directly from you, when you email, call, write to us, use our contact form, message us on social media, or submit a product review.
Consumer health data we share and who we share it with
We may share each category of consumer health data listed above, only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, with:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), and our product review platform (Judge.me);
- Government regulators, such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, when we are required to report possible side effects;
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers and auditors; and
- Law enforcement, courts, or other parties when required by law.
Reviews you submit are displayed publicly on our website and may appear on other platforms, so please leave out health details you do not want made public.
We do not have affiliates with whom we share consumer health data.
We never sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data with advertising partners.
