How We Use Your Personal Information

Depending on how you interact with us or which of the Services you use, we may use personal information for the following purposes:

Provide, Tailor, and Improve the Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services, including to perform our contract with you, to process your payments, to fulfill your orders, to remember your preferences and items you are interested in, to send notifications to you related to your account, to process purchases, returns, exchanges or other transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account, to arrange for shipping, to enable you to post reviews, to manage your loyalty program participation, to manage your subscriptions, to offer and apply product bundle discounts, to control access to restricted areas of the Services, and to create a customized shopping experience for you, such as recommending products related to your purchases. This may include using your personal information to better tailor and improve the Services.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save). We use Seal Subscriptions to manage recurring orders. When you start a subscription, we and Seal use your contact details, shipping and billing addresses, and subscription details to create and process renewal orders on the schedule you choose, to send order confirmations, renewal reminders, and notices about changes to your subscription, and to give you access to a customer portal where you can change, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription. Your payment method is stored and charged by Shopify and its payment processors under the automatic renewal terms you accept at checkout; we do not store your full card number. We keep a record of your consent to the automatic renewal terms for as long as required by law (in some states, at least three years or one year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer). Seal deletes customer data when it receives a deletion request from Shopify and may delete data related to cancelled subscriptions after cancellation. Product Bundles. We use Bundler to offer volume discounts. Bundler works within our storefront and cart so the correct bundle and discount are applied to your order. Bundler states that it does not use or store customer information from orders. Bundler operates under its own privacy policy at https://bundler.app/legal/privacy-policy.

Creator Referral Codes. We use Shopify Collabs to pay a small number of creator partners a commission when an order is placed using their referral code or link. Shopify Collabs uses order information, such as the order value and the code or link used, to attribute the sale and calculate the commission. Shopify Collabs is provided by Shopify and governed by Shopify's privacy policy.

Access-Restricted Content. We use Locksmith to limit our professional section to approved customers, such as healthcare professionals. When you visit a restricted area, Locksmith checks your Shopify customer ID and customer tags, and processes your IP address, browser details, time zone, and cookie information, to determine whether you may access it. Locksmith may temporarily cache customer records for a few minutes for performance reasons. Locksmith operates under its own privacy policy at https://www.locksmith.guide/policies/privacy.

Product Reviews. We use Judge.me Ltd to collect, manage, and display product reviews. When you make a purchase, we share your name, email address, and order information with Judge.me so they can send you review requests. If you submit a review, Judge.me processes your review content, rating, name (or nickname if you choose), email address, and links this information to your purchase. Judge.me may share this data with third parties including Shopify and their Shop app to display reviews across platforms. Your reviews, including any personal information you choose to include, will be publicly displayed on our Site and may appear on other platforms. Please do not include health details you do not want made public. You can control what personal information is displayed and can edit or delete your reviews by logging into your Judge.me account. Loyalty Rewards Program. We use Smile.io to manage our customer loyalty rewards program. When you make a purchase, Smile.io automatically begins tracking loyalty points associated with your email address, even if you have not yet created a full account with us. You can view and redeem your points by creating an account on our website and accessing the Rewards panel by clicking the orange "Rewards" icon. We share your name, email address, purchase history, transaction information, and loyalty program activity with Smile.io to enable them to:

Track and manage your loyalty points
Provide you with access to your rewards through their platform and the Smile Wallet feature
Send you notifications about your points balance and available rewards
Improve their loyalty program services

If you create or already have a Smile Wallet account (Smile.io's universal loyalty account that works across multiple merchants), your purchase information and points earned at our store will be automatically associated with that existing account. Your loyalty points and related information from our store will be visible within your Smile Wallet alongside points from other merchants using Smile.io. However, points earned at our store remain separate and can only be redeemed at our store; they cannot be combined with or transferred to other merchants' loyalty programs.

Smile.io may use your information for their own analytics, service improvement, and marketing purposes as described in their privacy policy at https://smile.io/privacy-policy.

Marketing and Advertising. We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email or postal mail, and to show you online advertisements for products or services on the Services or other websites, including based on items you previously have purchased or added to your cart and other activity on the Services.

Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your personal information to authenticate your account, to provide a secure payment and shopping experience, detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity, protect public safety, and to secure our services.
