Welcome to our Loyalty Rewards Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

1. Enrollment and Smile Wallet
To participate in the Program, you must create an account on our website. The Program is powered by Smile.io, which offers a universal "Smile Wallet" feature.

• Automatic Point Tracking: When you make a purchase, we automatically begin tracking loyalty points associated with your email address, even if you have not created an account with us. To view and redeem your points, you must create an account on our website.
• Smile Wallet: If you create a Smile Wallet account, you can view and manage your points from multiple participating merchants in one centralized account.
• Automatic Enrollment: If you already have a Smile Wallet, you will automatically begin earning points with us when you make a qualifying purchase using the same email address associated with your Smile Wallet.
• Separate Point Balances: Points earned with our store are separate from points earned with other merchants. You cannot transfer or combine points between different merchants, and points earned at our store can only be redeemed for rewards at our store.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and the security of your Smile Wallet credentials.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of the loyalty rewards program at any time by contacting us at relief@chinagel.com. Please note that opting out will result in forfeiture of any accumulated points.

 

2. Earning Points
You can earn points through qualifying purchases and other activities as designated on our website. Points are awarded after your order has been fulfilled.

 

3. Point Redemption

• To redeem points, log into your account and click on the orange "Rewards" icon to access the rewards pane
  
• Select the reward you wish to redeem and a unique coupon code will be generated
  
• Apply this coupon code at checkout to receive your discount
  
• Points redemptions cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or sales
  
• Redeemed points are applied as a discount to your order total and have no cash value
  
• Points earned at our store can only be redeemed at our store and cannot be used at other merchants

 

4. Point Value and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time with or without notice. This includes the right to:

• Change point earning rates
• Change point redemption values or reward offerings
• Modify Program rules and benefits
• Implement point expiration dates at any time

 

5. Point Expiration
While we do not currently have a point expiration policy, we reserve the right to implement expiration dates for points at any time with reasonable notice to Program members.

 

6. Non-Transferability
Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder. Points cannot be:

• Sold, traded, or transferred to another person or account
• Combined or transferred between different merchants using Smile.io
• Exchanged for cash
  

 

7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Smile Wallet login information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

8. Fraud Prevention and Account Suspension
We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Investigate suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program
• Void points earned through fraudulent purchases or activities
• Refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion
  

 

9. No Cash Value
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points may only be redeemed for discounts on future purchases as specified in the Program.

 

10. Termination
We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will forfeit all accumulated points earned with our store. Points earned with other merchants through your Smile Wallet will not be affected by termination of your account with us.

 

11. Third-Party Service Provider
Our loyalty program is powered by Smile.io. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that:

• Your personal information and points data will be collected, stored, and processed by Smile.io in accordance with their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
• Smile.io's terms and policies govern the operation of the Smile Wallet feature
• We are not responsible for any technical issues, service interruptions, or data management related to the Smile.io platform

12. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to technical errors, lost points, Program modifications, or issues related to the Smile.io platform or Smile Wallet functionality.

 

14. Privacy
Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our agreement with Smile.io, our loyalty program provider. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy and Smile.io's Privacy Policy.
