*The base prices we provide are for your reference only. Your referral bonus will always be calculated as 15% of the amount the customer pays (excluding taxes and shipping), including any discounts or price changes.
Customer Discount Terms
Consumers who use your referral code will receive a discount on their purchase:
- The standard referral discount is 10% off the standard price
- If a sale offers a higher discount percentage, consumers will automatically receive the highest available discount†
- Referral bonus only applies to items listed above
- Customers can always contact us (see contact information below) to ensure they're getting the optimal discount
† Referral codes always work, but during product line-specific promotions and flash sales (i.e. sales shorter than 72 hours), the referral discount remains at 10% and may not be the best available discount. During sitewide sales, referral codes automatically match the sale price to ensure the best discount.
Order Tracking & Rebate Calculation
- All orders are tracked in our system by discount code to ensure accurate rebate attribution
- Rebates are earned only when individual consumers use your referral code at checkout. Orders placed by healthcare and wellness professionals or wholesale accounts cannot be tracked to referral codes and do not generate rebates
- Rebates are calculated monthly on the first business day of each month for the previous month’s sales
- Rebate amounts are calculated on the amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes and shipping
fees
Commission Rebate Payment Process
The Commission Rebate will work as follows:
- The Commission Rebate will be paid once the total rebate due exceeds $50 by the end of the month.
- The check will be mailed within 30 days of the beginning of the month following the Commission
Rebate period. - For example, if you earned $75 in Commission Rebates for sales in July 2025, the check for that $75
would be mailed prior to August 31st, 2025. - If the Commission Rebate is less than $50, the amount will be rolled over to the next month(s) until the
total exceeds $50, at which point a check will be sent.
Alternative Rebate Options
Instead of receiving a check, you can also:
- Contact us at relief@chinagel.com or (847) 364-0353 to have your rebate amount applied as a credit toward your next order with us.
- This option is available regardless of the rebate amount (no $50 minimum required)
